These terms apply when you use this website, submit an application or send an enquiry to Reflow Digital.
The free website offer
The offer is for a focused small-business marketing website within the scope described on the Free Website page. It does not include ecommerce, bespoke software, complex booking systems, memberships, large directories, unlimited pages or unlimited revisions.
An accepted build has no design or setup fee. Hosting with Reflow Digital is not compulsory.
Applications and acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, create a paid contract or commit you to purchasing hosting. Reflow Digital may decline work that is outside scope, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, discriminatory, abusive or incompatible with available capacity.
You must provide information and assets you are entitled to use and should check the final website for factual accuracy before launch.
Review and revisions
The free build includes one reasonable revision round. A reasonable revision refines the agreed website; it does not replace the original brief, add complex features or expand the project without limit.
Website handover
If you do not choose Managed Website, Reflow Digital will provide the completed website in a practical form for self-hosting or transfer to another provider. You are then responsible for hosting, deployment, DNS, SSL, backups, maintenance and future changes.
Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licences. Domain names remain the property of their registered owner.
Managed Website
The current price starts from £29/month. Before a paid service begins, the scope, billing, cancellation, support boundaries and any project-specific terms will be confirmed. Managed Website is more than hosting and may include deployment, SSL, backups, monitoring, DNS support, maintenance and minor content updates.
Search engines and results
Reflow Digital can provide a technically sound foundation but does not guarantee search rankings, traffic volumes, enquiries, sales or other business outcomes.
Availability and limitations
This website is provided in good faith. Online services can experience interruption, third-party failures and security incidents. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the forms, attempt to bypass security controls, upload malicious content, impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to share.
